This company is a SCAM DON'T SELL THEM YOUR GIFTCARDS!!!!!!!
I wish I had read the reviews before I sell anything to them. I highly regret it. Yes. they won't accept your gift cards after you spent time filling out their stupid form and mailing them in. They just won't accept it and telling you that the system has flagged your cards as high risk. EXCUSE ME? My cards are brand new which I received as birthday gifts from a good friend. SO SO SO ridiculous

I wanted to sell my $40 gc. But after reading the reviews, i am not sure. When you sell, Why do they take money from your bank acct?
DO NOT sell CardCash one of your gift cards or buy a gift card from them, they will steal your money, see my review. They resold cards they sold to me and I've lost thousands of dollars!

is there any recourse if I buy a card that is suppose to have a certain balance, and it turns out that the card does not have the correct balance? I have never used cardcash before and I am trying to decide if I should use it
They have a thirty-day refund guarantee. Do know that sometimes people will sell cards and they wait for the thirty days to pass. Then they will use the gift card information to make purchases online and drain all the money from the card. This company will not issue you a refund because this happens after the thirty-day period expires. Definitely use the gift cards within thirty days of your purchase otherwise this might happen to you.

They honor guarantee withing 45 days, but I've gone out to eat at 4 different restaurants and tried to use cards only to be told they had zero balance. Since it was past 45 days and cardcash wouldn't refund, I put it into dispute with my credit card company and my credit card company credited me.

I bought a $50.00 chic filet card and when I received it I checked the balance and there was a 50.00 balance on the card. Since I had full possession of the card and checked the balance when I received the card, I figured the card was good at any time. I went to use the card and the clerk at chic fil-a said there was no balance on the card. How can that be? It was good the day I received it and now it is no good. These cards have no experation date.
Hope you get your refund before 45 days runs out. They kept my elderly mothers money. Frauds

After talking to multiple restaurant corporate offices about the zero balance, the story is always the same. They were purchased with fraudulent credit cards, and when the restaurant finds out, they zero balance them. Read too many accounts online of the same exact story for them to all be coincidences.

These cards are sold to CardCash on their Sell side. The one that sold the card can use the balance after they sold the card if they kept the card info. Ask them for a refund. Just don't wait 45 days

I just lost 450$ because my gift card was used on the day I received it! That's insane because I have never been to Chicago and it was used in store in Chicago. Since it has not passed 45 days, will I get a refund?
After doing some investigation, about one being "used" in a another city, I got the story from the restaurant corporate office. They cancelled it when they discovered it was purchased with a fraudulent credit card. Multiple accounts online of this happening with cards from cardcash. If you don't try using card until after 45 day guarantee, you're screwed!

Rachel J, Your site is horrible! I've been a customer for years, I spent without exaggeration thousands of dollars. Last time the physical cards were empty and because I found out about it past 45 days you would not return my money! I paid money and I get nothing. I wanted to treat my kids to a CPK meal and the cards turned out to be empty! (our closes CPK is another town.) Your site is a SCAM!. I didn't know how many people were scammed until I saw this site. This could be a material for FBI. Other customers, please reply to this. We might start with the class action suit on this one!

If it is over 45 days they will do nothing. Even if they sent the cards with a zero balance. It happened to me with several cards. Some were used days before they even sent them to me and I did not try to use them until after the 45 days. The customer service via email was terrible. They don't care.
